Any fees applied by your bank or wallet provider are outside 92dudu's control and are the user's responsibility.
Withdrawals may only be requested by users who have completed KYC identity verification. Your first withdrawal must be made via the same payment method used for your first deposit — this is a standard anti-fraud measure. After your first successful withdrawal, additional payment methods may be added and used for subsequent withdrawals.

All bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant match or event as determined by the governing sports body (for cricket — PCB, ICC; for esports — the tournament organiser). In cases where the official result is disputed or delayed, 92dudu reserves the right to suspend settlement pending the official decision.
A bet may be voided and stakes returned in the following circumstances:

Live (in-play) betting markets on 92dudu are subject to additional rules that reflect the real-time nature of the markets. Odds in live markets change constantly and rapidly. By placing a live bet, you accept the odds displayed at the exact moment your bet is confirmed — not the odds visible a moment earlier or later.
Live markets may be temporarily suspended at any time during a match. This can occur for technical reasons, due to a delay in data feed, or as a precautionary measure during a break in play. 92dudu is not liable for any inability to place a live bet during a period of market suspension.
Ball-by-ball markets (next ball, this over) settle immediately upon the relevant delivery or over being completed. Any bet placed after the relevant ball has already been bowled will be void if the system accepts it due to a data delay. 92dudu's internal records are the definitive source for resolving such disputes.
